Lift & Elevation Equipment

At Jarvis Handling Equipment Co., we provide a complete range of lift and elevation equipment to improve ergonomics, safety, and productivity throughout your facility. From basic lift tables to advanced ergonomic assist systems, we deliver solutions that reduce manual lifting and support efficient material positioning in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse environments.

Whether you need to elevate loads, position parts, or support operators with ergonomic handling tools, Jarvis delivers equipment to enhance workflow and minimize strain.

Scissor Lifts and Tilters

Scissor lifts and tilters provide reliable vertical lifting and controlled tilting for materials, parts, or pallets. These units help reduce bending, reaching, and manual lifting by bringing materials to the proper working height and angle.

They are ideal for assembly lines, packaging areas, production cells, and applications requiring frequent height adjustments or ergonomic positioning.

Lift Tables

Lift tables offer stable, vertical lifting to position loads safely and efficiently. Available in a variety of capacities and platform sizes, lift tables support pallet handling, workstation integration, and general material lifting tasks.

These units help reduce repetitive strain and improve workflow by maintaining optimal working heights for operators.

Work Positioners

Work positioners provide controlled lifting, rotating, or tilting to bring materials closer to the operator. Designed to improve ergonomics and reduce manual handling, work positioners enhance accuracy, safety, and efficiency during assembly, inspection, or machine loading tasks.

They are a strong fit for light manufacturing, precision work, and small-parts handling.

Lift Assists (Vacuum or Magnet)

Jarvis offers vacuum and magnetic lift assists that support operators with safe, controlled lifting of heavy, awkward, or repetitive loads. These systems help handle items such as sheet metal, cartons, panels, drums, and components with minimal physical effort.

Lift assist systems improve throughput while reducing the risk of strain or workplace injuries.

Stackers

Stackers provide controlled vertical movement for pallets, totes, and materials, helping reduce forklift traffic and improve workplace safety. Available in manual, semi-electric, and powered models, stackers are useful in warehouses, production areas, and small footprint operations.

They deliver dependable lifting for storage, transport, and staging applications.

Why Lift & Elevation Equipment?

Lift and elevation equipment plays a critical role in creating a safer, more efficient operation. By reducing the amount of bending, reaching, twisting, and manual lifting required, these systems help prevent workplace injuries, improve operator comfort, and streamline repetitive tasks.

Benefits include:

  • Improved ergonomics for operators
  • Reduced risk of strains and lifting-related injuries
  • Faster, more efficient material handling
  • Consistent positioning for assembly, inspection, and packaging
  • Less reliance on forklifts for small or repetitive movements
  • Better productivity across manufacturing and warehouse environments

Lift and elevation equipment allows teams to work more comfortably and efficiently, supporting higher throughput and long-term operational reliability.
